- "The training courses for SME" - Human Resource Development - Training and Business Counselling for Persons Threatened by Unemployment, Podkarpackie Vovoidship
The main aim of the project is to support SME sector in Podkarpackie voievodship and to help SME in adopting to market changes. All activities are to increase the skills and competences of employees and managers of SME, to increase their competitiveness and effectiveness of its activity on the market. The project activities include the following: the analysis of the SME needs, training courses for entrepreneurs, business counseling, monitoring and evaluation of taken activities, also project promotion.
- "Business Support Point" – Program Phare, Social and Economic Cohesion
The aim of the project is to widen the existing network of business support organizations through creation of new divisions – Business Support Centre in Rzeszow. The mission of BSP is to support the development of Podkarpackie Voievodship by providing help (professional counseling) for SME sector in the area of finance, marketing, strategic management, economic and civil law. We are also organizing training courses concerning innovative methods of running own business or professional counseling (TOT). The project is addressed to SME entrepreneurs from the area of Podkarpackie voievodship. The partner in the project is Centre for Economic Development and for Promotion – Local Government Office in Ropczyce.
- "Methods of strengthening the SME competitiveness and innovativeness in Podkarpackie Voievodship” – Program Phare Social and Economic Cohesion
The main aim of the project is to strengthen the business support organizations in the area of Podkarpackie voievodship. The direct goals of the project include: preparation of innovative diagnostic method, enabling the assessment of SME competitiveness in Podkarpackie voievodship; support the development of business support organizations friendly to SME sector and raising the standards of their activities by using the best practices applied in the European Union member states. The project is addressed to business support organizations and in consequence to the whole SME sector functioning in the area of Podkarpackie voievodship. Thanks to the cooperation with British enterprise WM Global Partners, the Association could implement in Podkarpackie voievodship methods and mechanisms, which have been applied earlier in the Great Britain.
